Alan Jackson released “Blue Blooded Woman” as the lead single from his debut album Here in the Real World in 1989. The song landed outside the top 40 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart. He followed that with three top-five singles—“Here in the Real World,” “Wanted,” and “Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow.” Then, he released “I’d Love You All Over Again” as the fifth and final single from the record.

The song went to No. 1 and stayed there for two weeks. However, this was more than Jackson’s first chart-topper. It was a love letter to his wife.
